After hours of deliberations, the judge presiding over the bail hearing of Chris Fahlman made no decision on whether or not to release him Wednesday.
Fahlman has been charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of Tanya Myers on Highway 39 in September.

Proceedings are set to continue on Thursday morning at Court of King’s Bench in Weyburn.
No details of the proceedings can be mentioned because a publication ban is in place.
Fahlman sat in the prisoner’s box staring straight ahead, expressionless, while the Crown lawyer spoke.
People supporting Myers dried their eyes with tissues during certain parts of the proceedings.
Fahlman also faces charges of careless use of a firearm, carrying a weapon for the purpose of committing an offence and occupying a motor vehicle knowing there is a firearm inside.
Fahlman has been in custody since his arrest on Nov. 1. His bail hearing, which has been subject to scheduling delays over the past 10 days, is now proceeding at the Court of King’s Bench rather than Provincial Court due to the nature of the charges.
Police confirmed a second vehicle travelling nearby was also struck by gunfire during the same incident.
