After the recent snowfall in southern Saskatchewan, the City of Regina has declared snow routes.
From 6 a.m. on Thursday until 6 a.m. on Friday, parking is not allowed along snow routes. This means no on-street parking is permitted for a 24-hour period along routes marked with blue signs showing a white snowflake.

This temporary parking ban allows city workers to plow the roads from curb to curb to hopefully improve traffic flow along the busy roadways.
Clearing these snow routes will also help make sure emergency response vehicles can pass traffic on these roads, the city noted.
Motorists who park or stay on these marked snow routes during the temporary 24-hour ban will be ticketed, the city said.
Residents can check out a map on the City of Regina’s website to learn where snow routes are located.
