The Saskatchewan RCMP says officers seized six firearms, four air guns and roughly 40 grams of methamphetamine from a home on the Flying Dust First Nation on Tuesday.
According to the RCMP, officers executed a search warrant at the home as part of an investigation into guns and drugs. Police said officers also seized a knife and “drug trafficking paraphernalia,” and noted that a 37-year-old man and two female suspects were arrested at the scene.

The man, a resident of the First Nation just north of Meadow Lake, is now facing nine criminal charges including possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking, unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of weapons for a dangerous purpose and unsafe storage of firearms.
He appeared in court in Meadow Lake on Wednesday, the Mounties said, while the two female suspects were released without charges.
