Four people allegedly threatened to shoot a teen boy before stealing his jacket and firing bear spray at him on Family Day in Regina’s downtown area.
According to police, the 15-year-old boy was with an adult woman at the time of the robbery on the 2300 block of 12th Avenue, which was reported at about 5:30 p.m. on Monday.

Police said officers arrested three individuals “matching the suspect descriptions” about 15 minutes later, and a fourth suspect was also arrested shortly after.
Three men, ages 22, 20 and 18, along with a 16-year-old boy, were each charged with robbery, and police said all four made their first court appearances on Tuesday.
