A man is dead after a house fire in North Central in Regina on Sunday morning.
Regina Police Service (RPS) said in a news release on March 1 that Regina Fire and Protective Services were called around 5:15 a.m. to the blaze in the 1300 block of Wascana Street.

Regina Fire said the body of the man, who was the home’s only occupant, was found during a search of the building after the fire was put out. RPS said the dead man had been identified and next-of-kin had been notified.
