A Balgonie man is facing child pornography charges.
According to the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit – which includes officers from the RCMP and several municipal forces – officers raided a home in the community east of Regina on Thursday, where they seized and examined electronic devices.

Police said the 53-year-old man has been charged with possessing and making child sexual abuse and exploitation material.
He has been remanded into custody until a court date set for Wednesday afternoon in Regina, police said.
