Two men and two women, who were inside the vehicle, were arrested at the scene.
A 43-year-old woman from Kindersley is facing charges of trafficking and being at large on an undertaking. She was also arrested on an outstanding warrant from Kindersley RCMP, Mounties said.
She appeared in Saskatoon Provincial Court on Tues, April 7.
A man, also 43-years-old from Kindersley, is also facing a drug trafficking charge. He is scheduled to appear in court in Kindersley on May 19.
Another Kindersley man, 45, was arrested for breach of his statutory release and returned to custody.
The fourth person, a woman, has been released from police custody with charges.
“Drug trafficking has serious consequences for individuals, families, and our communities as a whole,” said Staff Sergeant Sebastian Andrews, Kindersley RCMP detachment commander, in the RCMP release.
“Through proactive enforcement and ongoing investigations, our officers strive to keep our communities safe from the sale of these dangerous substances, such as fentanyl.”
RCMP are still investigating the incident.
