Four Toronto men charged after Saskatoon cops seize more than two kilos of cocaine

Four men from Ontario are facing a list of criminal charges after an investigation by Saskatoon police ended with the seizure of more than two kilograms of cocaine.

According to police, officers executed search warrants at homes on Meadows Parkway and Akhtar Bend on June 4, where officers seized 2,829 grams of cocaine, $28,500 in counterfeit currency, more than $34,000 in Canadian and U.S. cash, a loaded handgun with ammunition and “prohibited magazines,” scales, cell phones and drug packaging materials.

Police said the searches also saw officers seize an assortment of “high-end jewellery, bags, and shoes.”

The four men, ages 24, 24, 25 and 27, all from Toronto, are now facing a total of 28 criminal charges, police said.
