Wanted in Saskatchewan: 10 people being hunted by RCMP in June

Saskatchewan RCMP’s wanted list for June includes people being sought for sexual assault, forcible confinement and human trafficking.

The RCMP said it publishes the list based on people with active warrants who were last known to be living in Saskatchewan, selected based on a review of their current criminal charges and the potential harm they present to communities in the province.

People on the list are chosen by a data-driven scoring system using the Crime Severity Index, a Statistics Canada measurement that looks at both the number and the relative severity of crimes.

Factors such as age, gender, race, ethnicity, socio-economic status, religion, sexuality or disability of an offender are not considered in the scoring process, RCMP said.

RCMP releases this list every month to encourage tips and information to support Saskatchewan RCMP investigations and to lead to the arrest of these people.

Police warned that people should not attempt to contact, approach or apprehend any of the people on the list. If you recognize anyone and have information regarding their whereabouts, activities or associations, call 310-RCMP (310-7257), or 911 in an emergency.

June’s list is:

Pierre Bouchard. (Saskatchewan RCMP)

1. Pierre Bouchard

Age: 52

Description: 5-foot-10, 181 lbs with blond hair and blue eyes. May be in Saskatoon or Dundurn.

Offences: Unlawful confinement, sexual assault, assault with a weapon, utter threats (x2), possession of property under $5000, possess ID to commit fraud, sexual assault with a weapon, trafficking in persons, received financial benefit for trafficking in persons.

Aliases: Jonathon Bear, Jonathan Whitefish, John Bear

Age: 32

Description: 6-foot-2, 174 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. May be in Pelican Lake, Sandy Bay, Big River First Nation, Debden or Yorkton.

Offences: Assault (x2), break and enter, possession of prohibited weapon, pointing firearm, careless use of firearm, disguise with intent (x2), possession of weapon, forcible confinement.

Aliases: Laurent McLeod, Laurent McCallum, Lorenzo

Age: 35

Description: 6-foot-2, 220 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a scar on right side of his head, another on his forehead and one on his right eye. May be in Cumberland House, Melfort, Hudson Bay, Nipawin or Carrot River.

Offences: Aggravated assault, forcible confinement, robbery, break enter and commit, disguised with intent to commit, possession of property obtained by crime, possession of weapon for dangerous purpose, resist-obstruct peace officer, overcome resistance to commit, utter death threats, breach of probation order.

Description: 5-foot-6, 134 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. May be in Cote First Nation or Kamsack.

Age: 34

Description: 5-foot-10, 149 lbs with light brown hair and hazel eyes. May be in Cabri, Swift Current, Edmonton, Alta; Coaldale, Alta; Stony Plain, Alta; or St. Albert, Alta.

Offences: Sexual assault (two counts), sexual interference (two counts), possession of weapon (three counts), carry concealed weapon, unauthorized possession of firearm (three counts), possession of prohibited firearm (two counts), weapons possession.

Description: 5-foot-8, 180 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. He has traditional tattoos on his nose and right eye, and a tattoo of the word “DEAD” on his left hand. May be in Stony Rapids, Black Lake or La Ronge.

Offences: Assault while choking, possession of weapon, pointing firearm, fail to comply (x2), assault, use imitation firearm (x2), utter threats, unlawful confinement.

Age: 30

Description: 5-foot-4, 145 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo on left side of neck that says CRM, a nose piercing, a tattoo of a machine gun on her right forearm, and three on her left forearm — Camryn, Faye, a small cross. May be in Cumberland House, Beauval, Buffalo Narrows or Prince Albert.

Offences: Aggravated assault, forcible confinement, robbery with offensive weapon, breach undertaking (x4), theft of vehicle, theft of credit card.
