Clarke was arrested on Friday in Pelican Narrows, police said, and is scheduled to appear in court in Prince Albert on Monday morning.
Last week, the Mounties asked local residents to turn over any security footage that might be pertinent to the case.
“Investigators continue to ask Sandy Bay residents to check their home security cameras and doorbell cameras for video recorded between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on August 16 and report any suspicious activity to police,” the RCMP said.
