Lloydminster RCMP are searching for a man wanted on a charge of second-degree murder.
According to RCMP, a shooting was reported on the morning of Sept. 21 on 50 Avenue near 47 Street in Lloydminster.
Fire and EMS personnel performed life-saving measures on the victim, later identified as 22-year-old Nolan Whitestone. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

“Police believe it was a targeted incident,” RCMP said.
Using surveillance footage of the area, police identified a suspect and have issued a warrant for the arrest of 40-year-old Randy Lysohirka, who lives in Lloydminster and is believed to be armed. Lysohirka is facing a second-degree murder charge.
According to the organization, Lysohirka is five-foot-seven, 160 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
The Alberta RCMP Major Crimes Unit is conducting the investigation.
