CN Rail is investigating the cause of a train derailment in between Regina and Saskatoon over the Thanksgiving weekend.
In a statement to 980 CJME, CN Rail spokesperson Ashley Michnowski said four cars carrying canola seed derailed in various positions near Kenaston on Monday morning.

No dangerous goods were involved, Michnowski said, and nobody was hurt.
CN workers are responding to the derailment. Michnowski said the cause isn’t clear at this point.
