Durocher stands accused of second-degree murder in relation to the April, 2023 death of Ryan Clark.
Clark was killed outside a liquor store at Northside, just south of the Christopher Lake turn-off.
He was the victim of a direct hit by a pickup truck, which was captured on nearby store surveillance cameras.
In 2016, Durocher’s son Christopher died by homicide, and the man who was charged and later convicted – Ryan David Clark – was released from custody in late 2022 after the Supreme Court ordered a new trial.
According to court records, the charge against Clark was stayed by the Crown on April 23, 2023, shortly after he was killed.
Durocher has been in custody since the incident at the Northside bar and was denied bail in June of 2023.
