Sad news from Ward 3 city councillor Andrew Stevens Tuesday afternoon.
He posted to his Facebook page that his six-year-old son has stage three cancer.
For the time being, Stevens said that he’ll be focusing more on family as his oldest, Logan, needs both parents alongside him in the journey ahead.
He also mentioned he’s giving some thought to his future with city council.
Stevens added that anyone in Ward 3 who has concerns can call Service Regina at 306-777-7000.
As for policy concerns, Stevens said that you can reach out to fellow councillors who have offered their support.
