Regina police have arrested and charged three teenagers for allegedly stealing an unlocked car.
Officers got a call about a silver-grey four-door Mercedes stolen Sunday at 10:26 a.m. Police said the car was unlocked and had the keys in it.
About 10 minutes after the call went out, officers driving a patrol car down 7th Avenue eastbound, toward Albert Street, spotted the car outside a nearby business.
They arrested and charged a 12-year-old boy from Saskatoon, along with two girls ages 15 and 16 from Regina, with theft of a vehicle and theft over $5,000.
The boy was also charged with possession of ammunition and all three suspects were charged with breaching probation.
