Pedophile Harold Smeltzer receives extended freedoms

Global News is reporting that Harold Smeltzer is still struggling with sexual deviancy.

The notorious pedophile and child killer remains on day parole in Regina.

The latest report from the National Parole Board indicated he was still attracted to a young girl who walked past him.

However, the board has given Smeltzer extended freedoms included weekend passes.

Smeltzer was convicted of first-degree murder and has admitted to as many as 40 sexual assaults on young girls.
