Real estate in Regina remains a buyers’ market.
Numbers from the Realtors Association released on Tuesday showed sales in the city down nearly three percent, and for the greater Regina area, down over eight percent.
The association insisted the home price index has levelled off in the last six months, but it’s still down 3.3 percent from a year ago.
The average selling price was down six percent in July. The average home took 45 days to sell but got close to the asking price.
