A 20-year-old woman has been found not guilty of shooting a man in a 7/11 parking lot.
Faith Goforth was charged back in May 2016 with attempted murder. The charge of discharging a firearm with intent to injure was added later.
According to Regina police, a 21-year-old man was shot the business’ parking lot by someone in a parked car. A week later, four women were arrested in the shooting. Goforth was alleged to have been the shooter.
This week, she was found not guilty by a jury, but is still in police custody on other charges.
