Regina police were called to a home for a report of a man giving two women death threats on Friday.
Around 12:30 p.m., Regina police were called to the 300 block of Forget Street. Officers formed a perimeter around the house and began negotiating with the man, who was believed to have guns in the home.
After five hours of negotiating, the man left the home and turned himself over to police custody.
Michael Wilkinson, 51, has been charged with two counts of uttering threats.
