A Moose Jaw man seemed to be in a fighting mood Monday night, and got pepper sprayed and tased for it.
The Moose Jaw Police Service said it all happened just before midnight when they were called out for a break an enter, where a man had kicked down a door.
When officers got there, they tried to arrest a man but police say he assaulted police, so he was pepper sprayed. It seems the pepper spray didn’t manage to stop the man’s violence. Police said the man continued to be “combative” so he was tased.
Police say the man had minor injuries, and was cleared by EMS on scene.
Andrew Suidak, 21, is being charged with break and enter, two counts of assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, and two counts of break of undertaking.
Suidak was also arrested in February, and charged with arson for a fire that destroyed a home in Moose Jaw.
