Police have now arrested a prisoner who escaped out the back door of the Yorkton Regional Health Centre Sunday.
Yorkton RCMP officers were escorting 33-year-old Kevin Poullett to the hospital after he requested medical assistance while in custody when he got away.
Police said he escaped out the back of the hospital around 5:45 p.m. and ran south towards Queen Street while still in handcuffs.
On Tuesday, RCMP said Poullett was arrested at a house in Yorkton.
