Advanced federal election polls open for anxious voters

Election day is right around the corner, but if your mind is already made up you can cast your ballot early.
 
Advanced federal election polls open across the country at 12 noon today. Advanced polling stations will be open through the weekend until 8 p.m. on Monday.

Voters can find their poll station on their voter information card, by checking elections.ca or by calling 1-800-463-6868.
 
Before you can vote, proof of identity and address is required. Elections Canada says government issued identification like a drivers license is accepted.
