A body was pulled from the Moose Jaw River on Saturday afternoon. Moose Jaw police believe it’s of a 54-year-old man.
Police received a call Saturday morning that a 54-year-old patient at the Union Hospital had gone missing. Just after 2:30 p.m. police received information that one of the man’s personal items was found on a bench along the river. A little less than a hour later, police discovered his body in the river near the south bank.
The death is not considered suspicious, though police and the office of the coroner are continuing to investigate.
