While other geese are beginning to head south for the winter, the iconic flying geese sculpture at Hamilton Street and 11th Avenue in Regina has returned.
Spirit of the West, was removed late last week from Conexus Plaza for repairs. It was returned Sunday morning. Hamilton Street from 11th Avenue to 12th Avenue was closed for several hours as the statue was installed.
A ceremony will be held on Wednesday to rededicated the piece.
