Snow knocks out Moose Jaw transit service for days

From Monday to Wednesday people couldn’t get on a bus anywhere in Moose Jaw thanks to the snow.

School buses were cancelled for three days, but city transit services also ground to a halt in the aftermath of the storm because streets were not clear enough to get through.

According to municipal operations manager, Darrin Stephanson, the streets were clear enough by noon on Wednesday to get transit services back up and running for the afternoon.
