Investigators say Elphinstone Street fire was set

Regina Fire & Protective Services has handed the investigation into a fire at a Elphinstone Street home Tuesday evening to the Regina Police Service.

Fire investigators have concluded that the fire was “intentionally set”.

Firefighters were called to 1114 Elphinstone St. at 8:25 p.m. where crews were met with “substantial fire conditions”.

Luckily no one was home at the time of the fire.
