On Nov. 25, 2014 Saskatoon police were called to a business in the 3500 block of 8th Street following reports that a man was filming customers without their consent.
The Saskatoon police VICE unit initiated an investigation and found that the man had taken several voyeuristic videos at various locations in Saskatoon where customers expect a high degree of privacy.
As a result, investigators laid an additional 18 charges of voyeurism.
