Around 3:20 p.m. Dec. 25, Warman RCMP tried to stop a truck near Vanscoy because it had been reported stolen in Kenaston earlier that day. The stolen truck fled towards Saskatoon and avoided two police spike belts by driving through the ditch and into oncoming traffic.
The truck was stopped by Saskatoon police at Idylwyld Drive and 36th Street.
Two 17-year-olds and two 19-year-olds were arrested and charged with flight from police, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and possession of stolen property. They’re scheduled to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on Tuesday.
