A medical emergency is believed to be the cause of a five car pileup in Moose Jaw Saturday, according to city police.
Police said it happened in the 800 block of MacDonald Street West.
Three people were sent to hospital after the collision — two have minor injuries and a third person suffered “undetermined injuries.”
Police estimated the crash caused upwards of $75,000 in total damages.
