White Butte RCMP are investigating a fatal crash that happened Thursday around 4:15 p.m.
Two vehicles, a pickup truck and car, collided at the intersection of Grid Road 621 and another grid road about five kilometres north of Lajord.
According to police, the man driving the car was pronounced deceased at the scene. He was the only person inside of the vehicle.
The driver of the truck was taken to hospital as a precaution, he was also alone in the vehicle.
RCMP said alcohol and drugs were not a factor.
The investigation continues with help from a collision re-constructionist.
