Alanna Koch left her role as deputy minister to the premier when she announced her SaskParty leadership campaign.
Koch made it to the final ballot of the membership vote on Jan. 27 before Scott Moe was named the winner.
The provincial government said Koch was paid a package equal to 14 months of salary and benefits, plus legal fees.
It includes a lump sum payment of $307,621 representing one year’s pay, along with an additional $38,745 for salary Koch received in April and May.
According to the province, Koch officially wrapped up her deputy minister role June 1.
