One of the three men charged with second-degree murder in the death of a missing person from 2013 has been sentenced.
On Wednesday, Bill Leonard Favel, 38, was given six years and four months in jail, as well as a life-long firearms prohibition.
Ronald Matthew Kay, 32, was reported missing in November 2013 after being seen last at Mosaic Stadium. Early last year, investigators determined Kay was dead. His remains have not been found.
Favel, along with Trevor Evan Asapace, 29, and Lester Alvin Favel, 21, were charged in Kay’s death.
