After seven months of investigation, a 28-year-old Regina man has been charged with attempted murder.
On Nov. 27 last year, police said a man was walking on Retallack Street near Third Avenue when he was shot from a stolen vehicle just before 4 p.m.
Police said the 34-year-old victim continues to suffer from serious injuries affecting his daily life.
Police arrested Timothy Louison on June 23, 2018. Louison is facing two charges including attempted murder with a gun.
He made his first court appearance on Monday.
