The province is now revealing how it will ticket those who break cannabis laws.
The government amended regulations to allow the ticketing of numerous offences under The Cannabis Control (Saskatchewan) Act.
Tickets will range from $200 up to a maximum of $2,250.
Offences that will be ticketed include:
The province said these regulations are similar to the current laws surrounding alcohol.
Marijuana will be legal across Canada on Oct. 17.
