A violent sexual offender in Regina has been sentenced after breaching his conditions.
Dennis Gladue, 57, was sentenced to 278 days in jail on Friday.
On May 5, police had warned the public about the violent sexual offender moving into the Heritage neighbourhood.
Gladue has a criminal history involving sexual offenses and was known for re-offending.
Four days after police put out the warning, Gladue was seen in a public park where children were known to attend, which was a breach of his probation.
He was arrested and charged with breaching his probation order of not attending parks or playgrounds where children under 14 are, and for breaching his order for long-term supervision.
