More than any other province, you could call Saskatchewan the lion’s den for the federal Liberal Party, and it’s heading here.
The party will hold its annual summer caucus retreat in September and 980 CJME has learned it will be held in Saskatoon.
Details like the location in Saskatoon haven’t been released yet, but it’s been reported the retreat will take place mid-September.
Ralph Goodale is the only Member of Parliament to represent the Liberal Party in Saskatchewan. He’s served as the Regina-Wascana riding MP since 1993.
This is the second year in a row the caucus retreat will be held in western Canada – in 2017 it was in B.C.
