A 62-year-old man faces murder charges after the body of a man was found on the Waterhen First Nation.
Gordon Fiddler is charged with second-degree murder after RCMP found Tommy Fiddler, 56, dead in a home on Thursday around 7:30 p.m..
Reports to RCMP said Tommy Fiddler was shot. Mounties also say the two men know each other.
At the time the body was found, police labeled the death suspicious.
Gordon Fiddler was arrested and charged with second-degree murder and possession of a prohibited firearm.
He will be in Meadow Lake provincial court Monday at 9:30 a.m.
Waterhen First Nation is located 72 kilometres north of Meadow Lake.
