Two men are facing charges after a Regina home invasion Sunday night.
Police were called to the 1200 block of Angus Street at about 4:50 p.m. for a report of around four people breaking into the house and smashing windows.
When officers arrived, they saw a number of people running from the home. Police tracked them down and spoke with them.
Upon further investigation, police learned the suspects involved used a crowbar in the break-in and left it behind as they fled the scene.
According to police, it appears the suspects broke-in believing a person who owed them money was there at the time.
A 49-year-old and 27-year-old — both from Regina — were charged for the home invasion.
They made their first court appearances Tuesday morning.
