Saskatoon reached 9.8 C, besting the previous mark of 8.4 C set in 2012, while the Queen City beat a record set in 1934 hitting 14.0 C.
Maple Creek was the warm spot in the province at 19.9 C.
According to Environment Canada more temperature records could fall in the coming days with above-average temperatures forecast through the weekend and into early next week.
