The Saskatchewan Rush are now six and three on the season after beating the Georgia Swarm 14-8 Saturday night.
The Rush opened up a 7-1 first half lead and cruised in the second half to victory in front of a season-high 13,720 at SaskTel Centre.
Mark Matthews had four goals and four assists for the Rush. The Rush are now a game and half back of Colorado for top spot in National Lacrosse League’s west division.
The Rush visit Vancouver on Saturday before returning home on March 26 to face the Toronto Rock.
