One woman is dead after a house fire in Raymore.
Punnichy RCMP along with the Raymore Fire Department and Touchwood Ambulance were called to the home around 3:30 p.m. Thursday.
Eva Dodd, 74, was pulled from the home. She was transported to Regina General Hospital, where she died of her injuries.
Although investigators have not yet determined the cause of the fire, it’s not believed to be suspicious.
Investigators believe the blaze started in either the kitchen or living room.
The investigation continues with help from the Provincial Fire Scene Examiner.
