A Regina man is displaying his creative side for everyone to see on St. Patrick’s Day.
Over 50 different leprechauns could be seen in front of a home at Broad St. and 7th Ave. North in the Churchill Downs neighbourhood on Thursday afternoon.
Homeowner Dana Lazarenko told News Talk Radio he makes the leprechauns with his wife. It takes about one week to make one doll. Every year around St. Patrick’s Day at least one new creation is placed on the lawn.
The leprechauns have been on display since Tuesday. Every night Lazarenko puts them away safely so they aren’t stolen. The next morning they are placed back out on the lawn.
Lazarenko said his neighbours don’t have an issue with the tiny creations.
