Regina police have charged a man and a woman with shoplifting after recovering a number of stolen items.
Officers pulled over a vehicle Sunday on the 1800 block of Park Street. A man and woman were inside the vehicle, as well as a number of stolen items.
After the pair was arrested and the items were seized, police searched a home on the 600 block fo Broadway Avenue. More stolen property was recovered there.
Cory James Sayer, 45, faces 11 charges of theft shoplifting and one charges of trafficking property obtained by crime.
Melanie Rose Banks, 46, faces three charges of theft shoplifting and one charge of trafficking property obtained by crime.
Both Sayer and Banks made their first court appearances Monday morning.
