People have another chance to see Prince’s Purple Rain on the big screen.
Following Prince’s passing last week, the singer’s 1984 film will return to Cineplex theatres for one night only.
Regina and Saskatoon will both have screenings on Monday, May 2 at 7 p.m. The Queen City’s screening will take place at the Cineplex Odeon Southland Mall location, with Saskatoon’s at the Scotiabank Theatre.
Put on by Cineplex Events, one dollar from every ticket will be donated to MusiCounts, Canada’s music education charity associated with The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS).
