A man is facing a charge of arson with disregard for human life after a Regina home went up in flames Monday.
Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of Alexandra Street, located near the Brandt Centre, to assist Regina Fire and Protective Services at the scene of a house fire.
Reports indicated the home was fully engulfed in flames.
Police learned of a possible suspect who was interviewed that morning. He was later charged.
The 36-year-old man was charged with arson with disregard for human life. He appeared in court Tuesday.
