Aberdeen grass fire temporarily closes Highway 41

A large grass fire temporarily rerouted traffic along Highway 41 Thursday evening.
 
Fire crews and RCMP were called to the fire approximately 10 kilometres south of Aberdeen just before 4 p.m.. 

Saskatoon RCMP closed the highway for 15 minutes because the smoke was blocking road visibility. The highway was opened around 5:55 p.m and there visibility is back to normal.
