A man faces charges of impaired driving after his vehicle ended up on its side on Albert Street early Sunday morning.
Police were called to the 800 block of Albert Street North, by the Northgate Mall, shortly before 4 a.m. after the vehicle had flipped onto its side. A man, who was the only person in the vehicle, was treated by paramedics on scene.
The 44-year-old man has been charged with impaired driving and will make his first court appearance at the end of the month.
