Regina snow route in effect until Monday morning

The City of Regina declared its snow route in effect for Sunday morning through until early Monday.

This means there is no on-street parking along the identified route, marked by blue and white snowflake signs, between Sunday at 6a.m. to Monday at 6 a.m.

The parking ban allows city crews to plow the roads from curb-to-curb, ensuring streets are passable for emergency response vehicles.

The snow routes are:

• Victoria Avenue between Broad Street and Winnipeg Street
• Winnipeg Street between Victoria Avenue and College Avenue
• College Avenue between Winnipeg Street and Arcola Avenue

Vehicles parked on snow routes during the temporary parking ban will be ticketed.
