Sarah Mills: Figuring out what went wrong for NDP isn't a difficult task
Sarah Mills says it shouldn't be too hard for the federal NDP to figure out why it did so poorly in the spring election....
A regular traffic stop turned dangerous for a Regina police officer on Friday morning.
The stop happened just after midnight on 4th Avenue, west of Lewvan Drive.
According to the Regina Police Service, officers pulled over a black Cadillac C-T-S because its registration was expired.
One of the officers, concerned the driver might try to escape, leaned into the car as it accelerated quickly and sped off.
The officer was able to push himself out, but police say he was hurt in the process.
A woman who was in the car was arrested and charged with obstructing a police officer, and police are asking anyone with information about the incident to call them at 306-777-6500, or to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
