A 28-year-old woman has died after a motorcycle crash.
The woman was one of two riders on a motorcycle headed east on 8th street Sunday night when it hit the side of a car turning left onto Grosvenor Avenue.
The driver of the car was not injured, but both riders on the motorcycle had to be taken to hospital. Police reported Wednesday that the woman died of her injuries.
As of 4 p.m. Wednesday, there was no update on the other rider’s condition.
Police said the woman’s family has asked that her name not be released.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
